How long before I start seeing result from the weight loss program?
While we recognize that everyone is different and some people will need more or less time to make healthy lifestyle changes, our members who dedicate themselves to the program fully can expect to lose 0.5% - 1% of body weight per week in addition to other non-scale victories like waist circumference and improved medical markers.

What medications do doctors in Qilo prescribe?
All medications prescribed by our doctors are approved by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC). Before any prescription is made, our doctors first get your medical history and ensure it is safe for you.
Can I join the Qilo program with pre-existing health conditions?
Absolutely! By improving your underlying metabolic health, you will also improve your general health. We will monitor your metabolic health, and we can coordinate care with your primary-care provider. While we are not a replacement for those providers or their treatment plans, the metabolic health changes that you make through Qilo often have far-reaching positive effects on other conditions.
